20-Minute Tacos

Serves Two-Three


The Ingredients

Tacos

  • 1 lb ground turkey

  • 1 tbsp avocado oil

  • 1 tbsp taco seasoning

  • Tortillas (whole wheat or Siete Foods grain-free tortillas)

  • 1 medium red bell pepper, chopped

  • 1/4 red onion, diced

  • Few handfuls of mixed greens

  • Salsa, optional

Simple Guac

  • 1 large ripe avocado

  • 1 tbsp red onion, diced

  • 3 tbsp chopped cilantro

  • 1 lime, juiced

  • sea salt and pepper, to taste


The Instructions

Simple Guac

  • Smash avocado in a bowl. Add onion, cilantro, lime juice, sea salt and pepper. Stir together.

Tacos

  • In a medium skillet, heat oil over medium heat. Add the ground turkey and brown it. Add the taco seasoning. Cook the turkey about 5-7 minutes, or until fully cooked.

  • Heat tortillas over an open flame until slightly browned + bubbly. Add the mixed greens to the tortilla, meat, bell pepper, red onion, guac, and any other desired toppings. Dig in!
