In the hustle of wedding planning, it's easy to forget to care about our own emotional, mental, and physical well-being. You are preparing for the sweetest day of your life -- feeling healthy, balanced, present and joyful on that day is equally (if not more!) important as the dress, flowers, and venue...etc.

I want you to enjoy reaching your wedding body goals -- not stressed or hungry. Too many brides are left with unhealthy habits after falling into fad diets and unsustainable exercise routines to reach their "ideal" body. (After all, let's be real -- a hangry fiancé is not a fun fiancé ;)).


I was in your shoes just a few years ago. I remember spending hours in the gym, thinking about my nutrition, and just feeling overwhelmed and I so wish I had someone to partner with! This season is filled with so much anticipation, excitement, but also a [little] stress. There are so many details and I want to take some of them off your plate! My goal is to help you soak up the exciting times and feel like the best version of yourself on your wedding day -- inside & out, and be your go-to person in all things health/wellness!

Together, we will partner to empower you to tone up, lose extra lbs (if that's your goal), fuel your body with nutrient-dense foods, and cultivate healthy, lasting habits that continue long into your married life.

The Luxe
  • Six-Months 1:1 Coaching: Uncover your wellness goals and unlock the habits necessary to attaining them

  • Consistent check-ins ensure you're building from a strong foundation and not falling prey to previous roadblocks

  • A six-month commitment of 14 sessions

  • Weekly & Biweekly Sessions: The first four sessions will be weekly, followed by ten sessions biweekly

  • Session length varies: expect a 'normal' session to range from 30 minutes - 1 hour

  • Yearly Access to the W&F Crew Membership

  • Receive weekly meal plans featuring nutrient-dense foods that make for delicious and simple meals!

  • Breakfast, lunch, and dinner: Monday-Saturday Weekly grocery list

  • All the recipes you need

  • Pantry Staples grocery list

  • Receive a weekly workout

  • Video demonstrations of each exercise + downloadable file to take to the gym or living room! Workouts varying from HIIT (high-intensity interval training), low impact, lifting, to cardio

  • Two Week Custom Meal Plan leading up to your wedding day

  • A custom meal plan designed especially for you! You've done the work, we'll dial in your nutrition to ensure you feel your absolute best on your special day

  • Ten 60-Min Personal Training Sessions *Must have an at-home gym or a gym membership with the capacity to have me join you


The Mod

  • One 45-60 min session | $60

  • Five 45-60 min sessions for a week. *Missed sessions do not carry over week to week | $270

  • Twenty 45-60 min sessions for a whole month | $1,080

  • Custom Meal Plans

  • Wanting to eat nutrient-dense, whole foods, but don't know where to start? I'll make healthy eating simple

  • Each of our bodies is unique. I create nutrient-dense meal plans based on your goals, dietary needs, body type, and habits

  • Each meal plan is complete with a grocery list, recipes as needed, and contains 6 days (leaving one day as a free day) of breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

  • One-Week Custom Meal Plan | $100

  • Bridal Party Group Workout

  • Get all your girls together and get moving for a fun, 60-minute workout sesh! This workout will be catered to what you want! $20/person.
