January Fitness + Nutrition Group

I have some exciting news for those of you who are looking to tackle your health and wellness goals! This January, I am offering a fitness + nutrition, accountability group. I am offering two options: a beginner/intermediate and advanced program.


WHO: Anyone & Everyone! You don’t have to have any prior experience with working out. The beauty of having two programs is having one for those of you who are just getting started on your fitness journey, and those of you who have been exercising for a while.


WHAT: A fitness + nutrition accountability group. You will receive access to the video workouts (which were shot in real-time) via an app and/or online. The trainers are so helpful and talk through the form to keep you safe and get you the best results possible. Both of the programs I am offering will take us roughly into mid/late February. WHAT ARE THE TWO FITNESS TRACKS?

1) Barre Blend: is a low-impact, high-intensity, and high-energy workout program. Barre Blend helps create a lean, toned physique through a fun fusion of ballet barre, Pilates, and cardio interval training. It incorporates a variety of techniques rooted in dance, focused on high-reps of small-range movements, dynamic exercises, core stabilization, and active stretches, all while keeping your heart rate up. You’ll feel the burn as you sweat, stretch, and strengthen to energize your entire body. Get ready to feel balanced and strong in just 60 days.


2) The Work: is an extremely intense, training program created by one of the world’s top professional trainers, Amoila Cesar. This advanced-level training program is modeled after the training regimens Amoila creates for pro athletes and his celebrity clients. Over six intense weeks, he’ll take you through 36 unforgiving workouts to help you gain muscle, torch fat, and achieve results you’ve never experienced before. The program focuses on six training elements: strength, hypertrophy, endurance, power, agility, and mobility. His workouts are intense—your muscles will burn, your sweat will pour, and your stamina will be tested—but completing them all will help you gain muscle and torch fat in just six weeks.


WHEN: Official start date is January 6th, but we will start prepping the week of December 29th, to make sure all things are in place for us to hit the ground running on January 6th!


WHY: I am offering fitness and nutrition-focused groups because I am so passionate about helping people live balanced, joy-filled lives! These programs are so much more affordable than a traditional gym membership or classes. I also wanted to offer something more specific for those who are looking to focus solely on the fitness + nutrition side of health. My own life and health have been so positively impacted by these programs that I cannot wait to share them with you all!
