1 cup quick rolled oats
2 cups unsweetened almond milk
2 servings collagen peptides
2/3 cups Purely Elizabeth granola
1/2 cup berries of choice (I like raspberries!)
2 tbsp cacao nibs
2 tbsps hemp seeds
Add the oats, unsweetened almond milk, and collagen peptides into one large, microwave safe bowl. Stir! Microwave for 1.5-2.5 minutes.
Divide oatmeal into two bowls. Divide the toppings into two servings and top each bowl with 1/3 cup granola, 1/4 cup berries, 1 tbsp cacao nibs and 1 tbsp hemp seeds. Mmmm!
