Superfood Oatmeal

Serves Two


The Ingredients

  • 1 cup quick rolled oats

  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk

  • 2 servings collagen peptides

  • 2/3 cups Purely Elizabeth granola

  • 1/2 cup berries of choice (I like raspberries!)

  • 2 tbsp cacao nibs

  • 2 tbsps hemp seeds


The Instructions

  • Add the oats, unsweetened almond milk, and collagen peptides into one large, microwave safe bowl. Stir! Microwave for 1.5-2.5 minutes.

  • Divide oatmeal into two bowls. Divide the toppings into two servings and top each bowl with 1/3 cup granola, 1/4 cup berries, 1 tbsp cacao nibs and 1 tbsp hemp seeds. Mmmm!
