  • I'll help you make eating nutrient-dense, whole foods simple. 

  • Each of our bodies is unique. I will create a nutrient-dense 4-week custom meal plan based on your goals, dietary needs, body type, and habits. 

  • Each meal plan is complete with weekly grocery lists, recipes as needed, and contains 6 days (leaving one day as a free day) of breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

  • Each week we will meet for 30 minutes to educate, discuss how the week went, how your goals are coming, and to plan the week ahead. 

  • Total Investment: $900
