• One In-Home Personal Training sessions is roughly 60 minutes in length.

  • In person training sessions are convienent for you! I come to your home to complete your session. No more gym fees, crowded spaces, or commutes! You don't need to have a fancy setup to make in-home training work (trust me)! Just a 6 ft x 6 ft of open space is enough for me to work with. If you're worried about not having the right equipment, don't be! I explain what basic items would be good to have on hand, and can bring some of my own initially until you get your own. 

  • If you desire more than three sessions, purchase the "ADD-ON! One In-Home Personal Training Session." You can add as many to your cart as you desire.
