The W&F weekly meal plan makes nutrient-dense eating simple. Each week [on Thursdays] we upload new meals (the ribbon will designate what meal plan is currently "live"). Each weekly meal plan is complete with breakfast, lunch, dinner, & a snack for 6 days/week. As well, each plan contains all the recipes you need, a complete grocery list, and a pantry staples list. Cheers to living a balanced, joy-filled life!
