Warmup

  • Jog in place, 30 seconds

  • 15 jumping jacks

  • 5 Side reaches, left

  • 5 Side reaches, right

  • Walking alternating knee hugs, 30 seconds

  • Alternating leg swings, 30 seconds


Workout - 6 moves, 45-second reps, 4 rounds (total circuit length: 18 minutes without breaks)

  1. 180º squat jumps

  2. Inchworms

  3. Mountain climbers

  4. Kettlebell swing

  5. Medicine ball slams

  6. Glute bridge pulse with weight
