Workout 3 - Total Body

**Please review the "4 Month Workout Series" blog post prior to starting.


This workout will build on itself (see example below). Do 4 of each move.


Example of sequence:

4 inchworms.

4 inchworms, 4 pushups.

4 inchworms, 4 pushups, 4 squat jumps.

4 inchworms, 4 pushups, 4 squat jumps, 4 plank jacks.

4 inchworms, 4 pushups, 4 squat jumps, 4 plank jacks, 4 leg raises.

**Keep building like this until you get to the end of the circuit.


  1. Inchworms

  2. Push-ups

  3. Squat jumps

  4. Plank jacks

  5. Leg raises

  6. Jumping lunges

  7. Mountain climbers

  8. Burpees (no pushup)

  9. Fire hydrants (4 each leg)

  10. Skaters
