What's Included?

A beautifully designed four-week guide with... Workouts: 4 unique workouts each week. The workouts range from 20-30 minutes. The workout plan is as follows: Mondays: Slow then Go Total Body (this pairs a slow/low impact exercise with an explosive/high impact exercise)

Tuesday: Lower Body Ladders

Thursday: Upper Body Strength

Friday: Bodyweight HIIT Cardio

Meal Plans: Weekly meal plans [Monday-Friday] with two new breakfast recipes, two new lunch recipes, and 5 new dinner recipes each


Recipes: All the recipes in the guide are simple, delicious, and nutrient-dense meals that will leave your body energized, satisfied, and strong! By pairing the nutrition plan with the fitness plan, you are sure to see great physical results!

the workouts! You will have access to this private Instagram page for at least 2 months.

Daily (Monday-Friday) Text Check-Ins: Do you need extra encouragement and accountability? Or, do you need 1-on-1 time to discuss your unique goals/fitness level/nutrition habits? I got you covered! I'll be checking in with you every day, Monday-Friday!

What Do You Need?

Weights. I'd suggest 5s, 10s, 15s, & maybe 20 lbs.

Resistant loops and core sliders. You can buy the ones I use here (just $15-ish on Amazon)!
