A Few of My Favorite Things

I thought it'd be fun to do something a little different this week for my #wftuesdaytips. I decided to share a few of my favorite things as of late! :) You'll find all the links below to shop!




  1. Six Weeks to Healthy Habits | Hardcopy: Obviously I'm including this ;) My workout yesterday & today was from here! It is chock full of weekly meal plans, recipes, and workouts.

  2. Pai Rosehip Biogenerate Face Oil: I use this almost every night before bed after taking my makeup off. It has clean ingredients & keeps my skin so hydrated!

  3. I Have a Bean Coffee: My favorite coffee company -- a local, small business that employs post-incarcerated individuals. I only drink decaf coffee & I still drink it every morning ;)

  4. Eating Evolved Dark Chocolate: My go-to dessert after dinner!

  5. HydroFlask Waterbottle: We've been traveling a lot, and I love to take this because it keeps my water cold for so long! I can spend a full day on the lake in the hot sun and still have ice at the end of the day.

  6. Adidas Ultraboosts 19: I think these may be my favorite athletic shoes I've ever owned. Since these are 2019s, the color is out of stock, but there are other fun color options too!

  7. Aerie Ribbed Leggings: I just got these with some birthday money & I love the ribbed detailing, "lace-up" front, and the color -- so comfy + cute!

  8. Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides: I've been using this protein powder for years, and still love it! It is unflavored and doesn't have a chalky texture.

  9. Purely Elizabeth Granola: Y'all, I eat this pretttttty much every morning in my yogurt. The ingredients are BOMB and it truly is the tastiest!

  10. William Sonoma 3/4 Sheet Pan: I recently purchased this and I use it all the time. I enjoy how large it is. My half sheets were too small, and my oven can't fit a full sheet. Best part -- it cuts down on my dishes...and who doesn't want that?!

  11. "The Songs of Jesus" by Timothy & Kathy Keller: This is the daily devotional I've been sharing on my Instagram page. I got it for my birthday and it's been such a blessing each morning!

  12. Vital Proteins Collagen Water: Tasty + adds a quick 10 grams of protein to your day while keeping you hydrated.

  13. Ritual Women's Multivitamin: I spent so much time over the last few months researching vitamin/supplements to add into my daily routine. I just started this one and I am really happy with it! I talked with my doctor before starting it & got the green light -- make sure you do too!

  14. Aerie Athletic Shorts: Y'all, I'm picky when it comes to athletic shorts...like reaaaallly picky. I don't want them too tight, or too loose. I need to be able to move freely in them yet have full coverage. These check every box -- a new fav for sure!

  15. Thirty48 Core Sliders + Resistant Loops: I've been using these for a while and they have held up so well. Perfect for at-home workouts.

  16. Smart Sweets Sour Blast Buddies: I'll be honest -- I'm a gummie fanatic. Normal gummies are chock full of sugar, but these only have 3 grams of added sugar. They do taste different than normal gummies, but I really enjoy them...they definitely suit my craving & are soooo much better for me!

  17. Summer Fridays Jet Lag Mask: One of my sweet college besties got this for me & I've been loving it! It feels so luxurious on my skin -- not sticky or thick.

  18. Reusable Glass Straws: Eco-friendly & cute! They are large so they work well for thick smoothies, too.
