Workout 17 - Cardio

**Please review the "4 Month Workout Series" blog post prior to starting (equipment links are posted there too).

  1. 1-mile jog/run *this is your warmup, so start slow and build.

  2. 10 minutes on stair stepper (or an elliptical or rower if there is no stair stepper) *choose a difficult level

  3. 10 minutes on the bike *choose a difficult level
