Sweet Potato Fries

Serves Two


The Ingredients

  • 2 medium-large organic sweet potatoes

  • avocado oil or extra virgin olive oil (about 1.5 tbsp)

  • maldon sea salt flakes or pink salt, to taste


The Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425º.

  • Wash, peal, and slice sweet potatoes.

  • Line baking sheet with parchment paper. Spread sweet potatoes on pan (not too crowded). Drizzle with avocado oil, and just a lil bit of salt.

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes. Flip, and bake for another 10 minutes. Sprinkle with sea salt. Eat up!
