Turkey Chopped Salad


Recipe Adapted from Body Love Everyday by Kelly LeVeque

Serves One


The Ingredients

Salad

  • 1 cup of your fav greens

  • 4 oz chopped roasted turkey

  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber

  • 1/2 cup diced cherry tomatoes

  • 2 tbsp, diced onion

  • 2 tbsp sliced peperoncini peppers

  • 1/4 avocado, cubed

  • 1/4 cup sprouts, optional

  • 1/4 cup feta, optional

  • pink salt and pepper, to taste

Dressing

  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar

  • 1/4 tsp dijon mustard (optional)


The Instructions

  • Chop all the ingredients & toss together! Dig in!
