We love adding this sauce to a number of different meats, roasted veggies, or smashed potatoes! It takes any meal up a notch and is so easy to make!

The Ingredients
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp shallot, minced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1/2 tbsp parsley
1/2 tbsp oregano
pinch of red pepper flakes
pinch of flakey sea salt
The Instructions
Mince the shallot and garlic and add to a small dish.
Add all the other ingredients, whisk well, and enjoy!
