Chimichurri Sauce

We love adding this sauce to a number of different meats, roasted veggies, or smashed potatoes! It takes any meal up a notch and is so easy to make!

The Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil

  • 1 tbsp red wine vinegar

  • 2 tbsp shallot, minced

  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1/2 tbsp parsley

  • 1/2 tbsp oregano

  • pinch of red pepper flakes

  • pinch of flakey sea salt


The Instructions

  • Mince the shallot and garlic and add to a small dish.

  • Add all the other ingredients, whisk well, and enjoy!
