Buffalo Chicken Lettuce Wraps


Adapted Recipe from Body Love Everyday by Kelly LeVeque

Serves Two-Four


The Ingredients

  • 1 rotisserie chicken, shredded

  • 1/4 cup buffalo sauce

  • 1 head bibb lettuce

  • 2 celery stalks, diced small

  • 1/2 cup shredded carrot

  • 1/2 cup mozzarella


The Instructions

  • In a medium bowl, toss the chicken with the buffalo sauce. Make 8 lettuce wraps using 2 leaves per cup and fill them with the chicken, celery, shredded carrot, and shredded mozzarella. YUM!
