Edamame Salad

Serves One


The Ingredients

  • 2 large handfuls mixed greens

  • 2/3 cup edamame

  • 2 tbsp diced onion

  • 2 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1/2 lemon, squeezed

  • 1/4 cup feta, optional

  • pink salt & pepper, to taste

  • 1 tbsp olive oil


The Instructions

  • Toss all the ingredients together! Enjoy!
