The Ingredients
2 large handfuls mixed greens
2/3 cup edamame
2 tbsp diced onion
2 tbsp hemp seeds
1/2 lemon, squeezed
1/4 cup feta, optional
pink salt & pepper, to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
