Guilt-Free Chocolate Banana Bread

Makes Three Mini Loaves


The Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup avocado oil ⁣⁣

  • 1/4 cup salted butter ⁣⁣

  • 1/3 cup pure maple syrup ⁣⁣

  • 2 ripe bananas⁣⁣

  • 2 pasture raised eggs ⁣⁣

  • 4 scoops of @vitalproteins unflavored collagen peptides ⁣⁣

  • 1 2/3 cups almond flour ⁣⁣

  • 6 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder ⁣⁣

  • 1 tsp vanilla ⁣⁣

  • 1 tsp baking soda ⁣⁣

  • 1/3 tsp salt⁣⁣

  • bittersweet chocolate, to taste (I use about 8 tbsp)


The Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients together and pour batter into three mini loaf pans (3in x 5.5in).

  • Top with each loaf with a few bittersweet chocolate chips.

  • Bake @ 350° for 25-30 minutes. ⁣⁣

  • Drizzle baked loafs with a lil bit of melted bittersweet chocolate chips & enjoy!⁣ (I melt about 5 tbsp of chocolate to drizzle over all three loaves).
