Healthy Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

Recipe by Emily Bowen, Inspired by All the Healthy Things


The Ingredients

  • 2 mashed bananas

  • 3/4 cup plain @siggisdairy yogurt

  • 2 pasture-raised eggs

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar

  • 3 servings @vitalproteins unflavored collagen

  • 1 1/4 cup ww flour

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • 1 tsp baking powder

  • 1 tsp flaky sea salt

  • 1/2 cup @hukitchen chocolate gems


The Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350°.

  • Add wet ingredients and mix.

  • Add dry ingredients and mix.

  • Fold in chocolate chips.

  • Grease muffin tin and fill each muffin 2/3 full.

  • Bake for 15-20 minute...& dig innnnn:)
