Many women suffer from hormone imbalance from time to time, and our bodies go through many stages that can take a toll on us! Helping support our bodies with various foods + superfoods can be so beneficial.

I'm sharing a nourishing smoothie recipe that contains plenty of ingredients that may help balance hormones, mood, and skin.​​​​​​​​

Serves 1


The Ingredients:​​​​​​​​

  • 1.5 cup of unsweetened almond milk

  • 1 tbsp maca powder ​​​​​​​​

  • 1 tbsp almond butter ​​​​​​​​

  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon ​​​​​​​​

  • 1 tsp hemp seeds​​​​​​​​

  • 1 tsp ground flaxseed ​​​​​​​​

  • 1 tsp pure vanilla extract ​​​​​​​​

  • 2 medjool dates ​​​​​​​​

  • 1 scoop of protein powder ​​​​​​​​

​​​​​​​​

The Instructions: ​​​​​​​​

  • Simply blend all the ingredients together, then pour, sip + enjoy! ​​​​​​​​
