Peachy Green Smoothie

Adapted Recipe from Rachael DeVaux at Rachael's Good Eats

Serves One


The Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 cup unsweetened almond milk

  • 3-4 ice cubes

  • 1/2 frozen peach

  • 1 tbsp almond or peanut butter

  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed

  • 1 handful spinach

  • 2 tbsp coconut flakes (optional)

  • 1 serving collagen protein powder


The Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender, blitz, and enjoy!
