1 lb ground turkey
1/2 bell pepper, diced
1/4 red onion, sliced
1/2 cup finely chopped spinach
2-3 tbsp goat cheese
1/2 tsp pink salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1/4 tsp chilli powder
1/4 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp italian seasoning
1-2 zucchini, cut in quarter slices
1 tbsp avocado oil or extra virgin olive oil
1 tsp adobo seasoning (or similar)
Turn on grill.
Combine all the turkey burger ingredients into a bowl. Mix and form into 4 patties. Set aside. Toss zucchini in oil and seasoning.
Grill turkey burgers. Add zucchini (on top of tinfoil if you'd like) to the grill when the turkey burgers have roughly 5 minutes left. Mmmmmm!
Top turkey burgers with your fav toppings (I like adding sautéd onions and avocado).
