Three Cheese Quiche

Adapted Recipe from Magnolia Table by Joanna Gaines

Serves Six-Eight


The Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs

  • 1 cup whole milk

  • 1 tsp garlic powder

  • 1/2 tsp sweet or smoked paprika, optional

  • 1 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tsp white pepper (can do black pepper)

  • 4 oz extra sharp white cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup (1 oz) grated parmesan cheese

  • 1/2 cup (2 oz) gruyere cheese

  • 1 9-in frozen pie crust

  • 1/4 cup minced chives


The Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350º F

  • In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, garlic powder, paprika, salt, pepper, & cheese.

  • Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie shell. Top with chives.

  • Bake until the quiche is lightly golden and set in the center, about 40 to 45 minutes.

  • Note: If the crust gets golden too quickly, cover it with tinfoil.

  • Let stand for a few minutes & cut into 6-8 slices and serve warm.
