6 organic honey crisp apples, washed
5 tbsp peanut butter
1/3 cup min chocolate chips
1/2 cup Purely Elizabeth granola
Slice the apples. Lay flat and layer on a serving dish.
Microwave the peanut butter on 20 second intervals until nice and melted. Drizzle over the apples.
Top with the mini chocolate chips and granola. Dig in!
