Apple Nachos

Serves Four-Six


The Ingredients

  • 6 organic honey crisp apples, washed

  • 5 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1/3 cup min chocolate chips

  • 1/2 cup Purely Elizabeth granola


The Instructions

  • Slice the apples. Lay flat and layer on a serving dish.

  • Microwave the peanut butter on 20 second intervals until nice and melted. Drizzle over the apples.

  • Top with the mini chocolate chips and granola. Dig in!
