Avocados are such an amazing food that boast many health benefits if you include them regularly in your diet. Remove the avocado pit and fill it with cucumber, tomatoes, pomegranate seeds and feta. This is a great snack for beating those afternoon cravings!

Serves One
The Ingredients
1 avocado, ripe
2 tbsp cucumber, diced
1 tbsp cherry tomatos, diced
2 tbsp pomegranate seeds
2 tbsp crumbled feta
salt + pepper to taste
The Instructions
Slice the avocado in half, length wise. Remove the pit with a spoon.
Dice the cucumber and cherry tomatoes. Add to a small dish. Mix in the pomegranate seeds and crumbled feta.
Spoon the mixture into the cavity of the avocado. It's okay if it overflows a bit :) Top with salt + pepper to taste. Take a spoon and dig into the avocado cup -- bon appétit!
