1 avocado, halved
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
Flakey sea salt, to taste
Cholula, to taste
Preheat oven to a broil.
Scoop out the pit of the avocado. In each half of the avocado, in the pit's hole, add parmesan cheese and flakey sea salt.
Place avocados on a small baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.
Broil for 3 or so minutes, or until the parmesan cheese is melted. Drizzle with cholula & dig in!
