Avocado Cup

Serves Two


The Ingredients

  • 1 avocado, halved

  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

  • Flakey sea salt, to taste

  • Cholula, to taste


The Instructions

  • Preheat oven to a broil.

  • Scoop out the pit of the avocado. In each half of the avocado, in the pit's hole, add parmesan cheese and flakey sea salt.

  • Place avocados on a small baking sheet lined with aluminum foil.

  • Broil for 3 or so minutes, or until the parmesan cheese is melted. Drizzle with cholula & dig in!
