1 bunch of kale, washed, dried, and torn into bite size pieces
1 -2 tbsp sunflower seeds
4(+) tbsp nutritional yeast
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
Garlic salt + pepper, to taste
Dash of cayenne pepper
Preheat oven to 300ºF.
Toss the kale in extra virgin olive oil.
Spread the kale evenly across the baking sheet (lined with parchment paper).
Season with garlic salt + pepper. Add just a dash of cayenne pepper.
Generously top with the 4(+) tbsp of nutritional yeast.
Sprinkle with 1-2 tbsp of sunflower seeds.
Roast for 15 minutes. Flip kale and roast for another 5-10 minutes (time depends on how crispy you want it). Annnnnd, snack all day long on this healthy snack!
