Buffalo Chicken Dip

Recipe from my sweet sister, Lis Potts

Serves 8 (1/2 cup each)


The Ingredients

  • 4 oz cream cheese, room temperature

  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt

  • 1.5 tbsp spicy ranch dry mix

  • 1/2 cup mozzarella cheese

  • 1/2 cup Frank's hot sauce

  • 1.5 cups shredded chicken (can do rotisserie, or canned)


The Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF.

  • Mix together all the ingredients together except the chicken. Add in the chicken and stir.

  • Spoon into a greased baking dish (I use an 8x8).

  • Bake for 20-25 minutes. Serve with veggies, pita, or tortilla chips! YUM!
