Recipe from my sweet sister, Lis Potts
Serves 8 (1/2 cup each)
4 oz cream cheese, room temperature
1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
1.5 tbsp spicy ranch dry mix
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Frank's hot sauce
1.5 cups shredded chicken (can do rotisserie, or canned)
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Mix together all the ingredients together except the chicken. Add in the chicken and stir.
Spoon into a greased baking dish (I use an 8x8).
Bake for 20-25 minutes. Serve with veggies, pita, or tortilla chips! YUM!
