The Ingredients
1 handful spinach
3/4 cup frozen bananas or 1/2 avocado
2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
1 tbsp unsweetened cacao powder
1/2 tsp peppermint extract *add more or less to taste
1/2 cup of ice
6 oz unsweetened almond milk
The Instructions
Place all the ingredients in the blender (ice at the bottom) & blend! Enjoy this festive smoothie.
