Choco-Peppermint Smoothie

Serves One


The Ingredients

  • 1 handful spinach

  • 3/4 cup frozen bananas or 1/2 avocado

  • 2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides

  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cacao powder

  • 1/2 tsp peppermint extract *add more or less to taste

  • 1/2 cup of ice

  • 6 oz unsweetened almond milk


The Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in the blender (ice at the bottom) & blend! Enjoy this festive smoothie.
