1 mashed banana
1 pasture-raised egg
2 tablespoons chia seeds
3/4 cup nut milk or coconut milk
1.5 cups organic rolled oats
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/3 cup dark chocolate
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease a small cast iron skillet (a baking dish would also work).
In a medium bowl combine the banana, egg, chia seeds, and nut milk & stir. Then, add in the oats and baking powder. Stir until combined. Fold in dark chocolate.
Pour the mixture into the greased skillet and bake for 15-20 minutes. Optional: Top with banana slices & a little drizzle of peanut butter! Mmmm yum!
