Cleansing Citrus Smoothie

This smoothie will invigorate you with each sip!

Serves One-Two


The Ingredients

  • 1 heaping cup of spinach

  • 1/2 carrot

  • 1/4 cup cucumber

  • 1/2 apple

  • 1 peeled orange

  • 2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides

  • Squeeze of lemon

  • Small handful of ice

  • 6 oz sparkling water

The Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in the blender (ice at the bottom) & blend! Enjoy this refreshing smoothie.
