Creamy Chia Pudding


Adapted Recipe from Rachael DeVaux at Rachael's Good Eats

Serves Two


The Ingredients

  • 1 cup unsweetened nut milk

  • 1/4 cup chia seeds

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds (a boost of protein and fiber)

  • 1 tbsp ground flaxseed (a boost of fiber and healthy fats)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon

Optional Toppings:

  • Fresh berries, raw honey, pecans, cacao nibs, nut butter


The Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a jar. Whisk well!

  • Store in a mason jar overnight, or at least an hour. This allows the mixture to thicken.

  • In the morning add desired toppings and dig in!
