Adapted Recipe from Rachael DeVaux at Rachael's Good Eats
1 cup unsweetened nut milk
1/4 cup chia seeds
1 tbsp hemp seeds (a boost of protein and fiber)
1 tbsp ground flaxseed (a boost of fiber and healthy fats)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/4 tsp cinnamon
Fresh berries, raw honey, pecans, cacao nibs, nut butter
Combine all ingredients in a jar. Whisk well!
Store in a mason jar overnight, or at least an hour. This allows the mixture to thicken.
In the morning add desired toppings and dig in!
