This just might be my all-time favorite smoothie!
Recipe by Emily Bowen
1 handful spinach
1 frozen banana
1 tbsp unsweetened cacao powder
1 serving of protein powder (I love Vital Proteins Unflavored Collagen Peptides)
2 tsp almond butter or peanut butter
4-6 oz unsweetened almond milk
1-2 tbsp hemp seeds, optional
Small handful of ice cubes
Place all the ingredients in the blender (ice at the bottom) & blend! Enjoy this decadent + healthy smoothie!
