Decadent Chocolate PB Smoothie

This just might be my all-time favorite smoothie!

Recipe by Emily Bowen

Serves One

The Ingredients

  • 2 handfuls spinach

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 tbsp unsweetened cacao powder

  • 1 serving of protein powder (I love Vital Proteins Unflavored Collagen Peptides)

  • 1 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter

  • 4-6 oz unsweetened almond milk

  • 1-2 tbsp cacao nibs, optional

The Instructions

  • Place all the ingredients in the blender (frozen banana at the bottom) & blend! Enjoy this decadent + healthy smoothie!
