Everything But The Bagel Hummus

Serves Six


The Ingredients

  • 1 15oz can chickpeas/garbanzo beans (drained)

  • 1 garlic clove

  • 1 tsp cumin

  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1 tbsp everything but the bagel seasoning (+ more for topping)

  • 4 tbsp lemon juice

  • 4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 2 tbsp unsweetened tahini

  • 2 tbsp water


The Instructions

  • In a blender or food processor, add all the ingredients.

  • Blend until smooth and creamy!

  • Top with everything but the bagel seasoning (I am very generous with this part!)

  • Keeps for 5 days in the refrigerator.
