1 15oz can chickpeas/garbanzo beans (drained)
1 garlic clove
1 tsp cumin
1/4 tsp salt
1 tbsp everything but the bagel seasoning (+ more for topping)
4 tbsp lemon juice
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tbsp unsweetened tahini
2 tbsp water
In a blender or food processor, add all the ingredients.
Blend until smooth and creamy!
Top with everything but the bagel seasoning (I am very generous with this part!)
Keeps for 5 days in the refrigerator.
