Flourless 5-Ingredient Banana Bread

Makes One 9x5 Loaf


The Ingredients

  • 3 medium ripe bananas

  • 2 cups old fashioned rolled oats

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1/4 cup pure maple syrup

  • 1 tsp baking soda

  • Optional: chocolate chips (I love Hu Chocolate Gems because they are dairy free & refined sugar-free!)

The Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350ºF.

  • In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients together, making sure banana is mashed entirely.

  • Grease a 9x5 loaf pan. Pour in batter and bake for 30-35 minutes. YUM!
