Superfood Green Goodness Smoothie Bowl

Serves One


The Ingredients

  • 2 handfuls (or more!) of spinach

  • 1 ripe + frozen banana

  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt

  • 1 serving of protein powder (I like unflavored collagen!)

  • 1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks

  • ONLY IF NEEDED: a drizzle of unsweetened almond milk (I typically do not need this). You want the base to be thick...not runny like a smoothie.

Toppings

  • 2 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter (I like to melt mine to make it easier to drizzle...not necessary though!)

  • 1/4 cup granola (I love Purely Elizabeth granola!)

  • A couple strawberries

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

  • 1 tbsp raw cacao nibs

  • *Note: you really can do any [fruit] toppings you'd like on this :)


The Instructions

  • Blitz all the bowl ingredients together in the blender until smooth. You want the base to be thick.

  • Pour 1/2 of the granola into the bottom of your bowl, and then pour the smoothie mixture overtop.

  • Make a fun design with all your yummy toppings & dig in!
