2 handfuls (or more!) of spinach
1 ripe + frozen banana
1/4 cup greek yogurt
1 serving of protein powder (I like unflavored collagen!)
1/2 cup frozen pineapple chunks
ONLY IF NEEDED: a drizzle of unsweetened almond milk (I typically do not need this). You want the base to be thick...not runny like a smoothie.
2 tbsp almond butter or peanut butter (I like to melt mine to make it easier to drizzle...not necessary though!)
1/4 cup granola (I love Purely Elizabeth granola!)
A couple strawberries
1 tbsp hemp seeds
1 tbsp raw cacao nibs
*Note: you really can do any [fruit] toppings you'd like on this :)
Blitz all the bowl ingredients together in the blender until smooth. You want the base to be thick.
Pour 1/2 of the granola into the bottom of your bowl, and then pour the smoothie mixture overtop.
Make a fun design with all your yummy toppings & dig in!
