1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/4 avocado, or 1/2 mini avocado
2 large handful(s) of spinach
1 serving of Vital Proteins Unflavored Collagen Peptides
3 tbsp hemp seeds
4-6 oz unsweetened almond milk
Blitz all ingredients together in a blender until consistency is smooth. Pour into your favorite cup and sip away while your stomach does a little happy dance!
