1/2 cup rolled oats
1 cup of water
Dash of salt
2 scoops Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
1 small banana, sliced
3 medium strawberries, sliced
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 square of Theo's Dark Chocolate Salted Almond bar
Make the rolled oats according to the package instructions. (For me, this was bringing the water + dash of salt to a boil, adding the rolled oats, and then letting simmer for 20 or so minutes until the oats were creamy).
Take cooked oats off the burner and stir in the Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides and dish oatmeal into a bowl.
Slice strawberries and bananas and layer *beautifully* ;) on top of oatmeal.
Place 2 tbsp of peanut butter in a microwave safe dish. Blitz for 30 second intervals until peanut butter is fully melted. Drizzle on top of the oatmeal.
Chop one square of the Theo's Dark Chocolate Salted Almond bar, and sprinkle over peanut butter (this will melt the chocolate slightly making it so decadent!)
Annnnd dig in!
This bowl contains 36 grams of protein and 12 grams of fiber -- making it the perfect, filling, sweet breakfast!
