2 slices of Ezekiel bread
1 tsp butter
1 can albacore tuna (can use can chicken too!)
1/4 cup diced green bell pepper
1/2 lemon juiced
1/2 tbsp avocado oil
1 tbsp chopped green onion
1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp ground pepper
1/2 tsp dill weed
2 oz. goat cheese
Mix tuna, diced bell pepper, lemon, avocado oil, green onion, red pepper flakes, ground pepper, and dill.
Toast the bread and spread with butter. Top the toasts with the tuna mixture and shredded goat cheese.
Preheat oven to a broil.
Place toast on a baking sheet in the oven (center rack) and broil 1 minute (or just until cheese is melted). Yum!
