Open-Faced Turkey Panini

Serves Two

The Ingredients

  • 2 slices Sourdough

  • 8 slices of turkey lunch meat

  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast

  • Microgreens, to taste

  • 1/2 avocado, sliced

  • Dash of hot sauce (Truff hot sauce is delicious!)

The Instructions

  • Place turkey slices in a medium skillet over medium-low heat. Fry until slightly golden & crispy.

  • Take 4 slices of turkey, 1/2 tbsp nutritional yeast, handful of microgreens, 1/4 avocado, and a dash of hot sauce & place on top of one slice of bread. Repeat with the other slice.

  • Place open-faced panini(s) on a medium skillet over medium-low heat. Toast until bread is crispy.
