Protein Raspberry Oatmeal

Serves Two

The Ingredients

  • 1.5 cups dry quick rolled oats

  • 2 servings unflavored Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides

  • Water, as directed on package

  • 1/2 cup raspberries

  • 2 tsp pure maple syrup, optional

The Instructions

  • Make oatmeal according to quick rolled oats package instructions. (Use water).

  • Add in one serving of protein powder to each bowl. Top with 1/4 cup rasberries on each bowl. Drizzle 1 tsp of maple syrup on each serving.
