1.5 cups dry quick rolled oats
2 servings unflavored Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
Water, as directed on package
1/2 cup raspberries
2 tsp pure maple syrup, optional
Make oatmeal according to quick rolled oats package instructions. (Use water).
Add in one serving of protein powder to each bowl. Top with 1/4 cup rasberries on each bowl. Drizzle 1 tsp of maple syrup on each serving.
