Roasted Brussel Sprouts

Serves Two


The Ingredients

  • 8 oz brussel sprouts

  • 1 tbsp EVOO

  • Garlic salt + pepper, to taste


The Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425ºF.

  • Trim and cut the brussel sprouts into half or quarters depending on their size.

  • Place brussel sprouts on a sheet pan. Drizzle with EVOO. Top with garlic salt + pepper, to taste.

  • Roast for 10 minutes and enjoy!
