Roasted Savory Cauliflower

Serves Two-Three

The Ingredients

  • 1 cauliflower head, cut into florets

  • 2-3 cloves of garlic, minced

  • 1/2 lemon, squeezed

  • 1 tbsp olive oil or avocado oil

  • Pink salt & pepper to taste

The Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 425ºF.

  • Cut, wash, and dry the cauliflower.

  • Place the cauliflower florets and minced garlic in a medium bowl. Drizzle with oil and lemon. Toss the florets in the oil, lemon, and garlic.

  • Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Roast at 425º for 20-25 minutes (or until tops are slightly browned). YUM!
