Recipe Adapted from The Magnolia Table by Joanna Gaines
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp minced shallot
2 tsp whole-grain dijon mustard
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
Place all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until all ingredients are combined. Pour over salad. Yummm!
