This spiced apple smoothie will give you all the seasonal fall feels! My first attempt at making this smoothie, the cinnamon, and the clove were overpowering. I toned it back, and I think it's the perfect balance of apple + spice! But, if you aren't into too much spice, start small -- you can always add more! :) Anyways, enjoy this any morning...but if you ask me, it sounds especially nice on a cozy Saturday morning, sitting outside in a chunky sweater by the changing leaves!

Serves One-Two
The Ingredients
1/2 honeycrisp apple
1/2 ripe banana [bonus points if frozen!]
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt (my go-to: Siggi's!)
1 cup almond milk
1 serving Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides
1/4 tsp cinnamon (more or less to taste)
1/8 tsp powdered clove (more or less to taste)
1 handful of ice
The Instructions
Place ice, apple, and banana at the bottom of the blender, and then add all of the other ingredients into the blender. Blitz until the consistency is as desired. Sipppp and enjoy!
