1/4 cup pineapple
3 large strawberries
1/2 cup plain greek yogurt (look for a low sugar option — Siggi’s Dairy is a great choice!)
1 serving of unflavored collagen protein
2 tbsp hemp seeds (can be blended or added on top)
A small handful of ice
4-6 oz liquid (sparkling water/unsweetened almond milk/or OJ -- the juice definitely makes it more sugary, but is a yummy treat!)
1/4 cup granola, for topping (Purely Elizabeth is my favorite!)
Add all the ingredients to the blender (except the granola), and puree! Again, frozen ingredients at the bottom.
Blitz, top with granola, and sip away!
