In my opinion, a delicious salad dressing can make the entire meal. In fact, I use to not be a big salad girl until I started making my own dressings! Far too many salad dressings are filled with artificial flavors, preservatives, and far too much sugar...and the one's that aren't filled with all of that are often rather expensive. I've found I actually prefer to make my own -- I like how they taste far more than store-bought, and I know exactly what I am consuming! Plus, the dressings only take a few minutes.
I'd personally keep all these dressings in my fridge for up to 7 days, although majority of them only recommend 3-5 days.
And as a little bonus, another favorite salad dressing that doesn't quite deserve a recipe is just simple extra virgin olive oil, a squeeze of lemon, and a dash of pink salt -- yum!

1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup white balsamic vinegar
1 tbsp raw or local honey
pink salt & pepper, to taste
Whisk all the ingredients together in a small bowl, pour on salad & enjoy!
