Serves One-Two
The Ingredients
2 slices of sourdough
1/2-1 ripe avocado
2 pasture-raised eggs, seasoned with garlic salt
4 tsp everything but the bagel seasoning (or to taste)
1 tbsp hemp seeds
Microgreens
Feta, to taste
Optional: sriracha
The Instructions
Toast bread. Smash 1/4 - 1/2 of the avocado on each slice of toasted bread.
Prepare eggs as desired (poached, scrambled, over easy...etc).
Place egg(s) on the avocado toast. Add 2 tsp of EBTB seasoning and 1/2 tbsp hemp seeds to each slice. Top with microgreens & feta! Drizzle with sriracha if desired. YUM!
