Your Classic Avocado Toast

Serves One-Two


The Ingredients

  • 2 slices of sourdough

  • 1/2-1 ripe avocado

  • 2 pasture-raised eggs, seasoned with garlic salt

  • 4 tsp everything but the bagel seasoning (or to taste)

  • 1 tbsp hemp seeds

  • Microgreens

  • Feta, to taste

  • Optional: sriracha


The Instructions

  • Toast bread. Smash 1/4 - 1/2 of the avocado on each slice of toasted bread.

  • Prepare eggs as desired (poached, scrambled, over easy...etc).

  • Place egg(s) on the avocado toast. Add 2 tsp of EBTB seasoning and 1/2 tbsp hemp seeds to each slice. Top with microgreens & feta! Drizzle with sriracha if desired. YUM!
